As of 10/07/2023 a gap fee of $20.00 will incur after receiving a Medicare rebate for the relevant item number billed for Medicare eligible patients.

We are still Bulk Billing for all patients:

1. Under 18 years of age.

2. Above 65 years of age.

3. Any aged Patient who has a valid Concession Card (Health care card, Pensioner card, Commonwealth seniors Concession Card).

4. Patients who need Health Assessments and Care Plans

Mixed Billing will now be used for Patients:

1. Who don’t have any concession card (Health care card, Pensioner card, Commonwealth seniors Concession Card).

2. The $20 gap fee only will apply for these patients with valid Medicare Card

3. $80.00 private fees will be charged if patients don't have a valid Medicare Card.
